Ortega made the revelation on the March 17 episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, when TV host Boy Abunda asked if she had ever fallen in love with a leading man before. Ortega and Trivio have previously appeared together in several GMA projects, most notably in episodes of the anthology series Maynila and InstaDad.
During the interview, the Hearts on Ice star also discussed her recent split from Lucena City mayor Mark Alcala, which she described as a mutual decision. Ortega announced their split earlier this month, noting that they'd been separated since last year. She stated,
