Baby Hormone Monster From Big Mouth Season 6: Everything You Need to Know!

In Season 6 of Big Mouth, Montel aka the baby hormone monster is the biological son of Hormone Monsters Maury and Connie who is born through the a*us of the male Hormone Beast Maury. Additionally, Cole Escola who is an openly non-binary actor, writer, and producer, provides the voice of the newborn.

Big Mouth is an adult animated coming-of-age sitcom that premiered on September 29, 2017, to critical acclaim. When it first aired, the show was praised for its wit and candid depiction of adolescent development. It's also been praised for its straightforward animation and unapologetic approach to topics like s*x, m*sturbation, sexual orientation, and menstruation.

The Netflix series, created by Jennifer Flackett, Andrew Goldberg, Nick Kroll, and Mark Levin, follows a group of teenagers as they navigate puberty and deal with hormone monsters. Their bizarre yet fascinating and educational adventures stem from the physical and mental challenges that puberty presents. Fans are eager to see what the show will do next after five entertaining seasons.

Recently, Season 6 of the series introduces Montel aka the baby hormone monster aka the biological child of Hormone Monsters Maury (Nick Kroll), and Connie the Hormone Monstress— among a slew of new characters (Maya Rudolph). Hormone Beast Maury gives birth to Montel through his an*s. Since the show debuted on Netflix on October 28, viewers have been fascinated by the Montel character and eager to learn more about the baby hormone monster.

Previously, we touched on Jeff Goldblum.

Season 6 of Big Mouth Introduces a Baby Hormone Monster Named Montel, Which Is Voiced by Cole Escola!

Netflix's animated series Big Mouth Season six's featured the hilarious birth of Montel, a baby hormone monster who shot out of Hormone Monster Maury's an*s like a rocket. The baby hormone monster began speaking almost immediately, demonstrating that they have the same foul-mouthed sense of humor as their parents.

Montel is the biological son of Hormone Monster Maury (Nick Kroll) and Connie (Maya Rudolph). Connie impregnates Maury at the end of Season 1 of Big Mouth's spinoff series Human Resources. The plot continues in Big Mouth Season 6, with the strange birth of Montel in Episode 4, titled Rice Purity Test.

The adult animated series, created by Andrew Goldberg, Nick Kroll, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett, premiered on Netflix in 2017 and immersed viewers in the world of young teenagers coming of age and experiencing the perils of puberty. The concept was given more imagination and creativity than you'd think possible, resulting in a hit that recently returned for season 6 on Friday, October 28th, 2022.

Later, Maury explains that hormone monster babies age quickly, which explains why Montel was already walking and talking. Montel had matured into a prepubescent by the end of Season 6.

Similarly, after the birth of Montel, human middle schooler Matthew (Andrew Rannells) asks Maury if the child is "a boy or a girl," prompting a fiery response, Maury tells,

Don't impose your fascist cis-human gender norms on this perfect little s*x monster. Their name will be Montel.

Given Montel's gender identity, it's only fitting that they're voiced by a non-binary actor. Cole Escola (@coleescola), an openly non-binary actor, writer, and producer best known for playing Chip from Search Party, Chassie Tucker in At Home with Amy Sedaris, and a variety of characters from National Lampoon Radio Hour, provides the voice of the rapidly growing child.

They also provided the voice of Goldie in Baby Shark's Big Show, as well as various characters in Teenage Euthanasia and Pastry Pete's nephew in Tuca & Bertie. Escola has also worked as a producer on Hacks, National Lampoon Radio Hour, and The Other Two.

Cole is also known for their eccentric and completely insane solo sketch show, Help! I'm Stuck!, which was released as a special in April 2020. Season 6 of Big Mouth is currently streaming on Netflix if you want to hear Cole Escola communicate the flaws of rigid, deep-seated gender norms as an audacious and utterly h*rny creature.
