She also disclosed her commitment to healthy living and being active by working out four or five times per week and playing tennis frequently, so, despite her age, she's in a terrific position to achieve just that. The actress made it clear that she is ready to return to the profession after taking time out to focus on family life full-time and has no intentions to give up performing anytime soon.
In an interview with The Daily Beast, Donna said:
I want to look to the future, I'm not done yet. I have had a wonderful career so far. I do not see myself retiring. I want to work for as long as possible.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Donna also worked on a few projects, re-hiring her former manager, Larry Thompson, with whom she had previously collaborated in the 1980s, to help position her for potential roles in the future.
