Kim Eun-ji

The first female participant in Physical 100 was Kim Eun-ji (@hipaqueen_). She works as a fitness teacher and competitive fitness model. Being accustomed to competition, Kim Eun-ji will no doubt put up a fight in the show. According to her Instagram bio, the Netflix actress has competed in Musclemania and won several awards, including the Rising Star Award at the Asia Model Awards 2021. On her YouTube channel, the celebrity vlogged her Musclemania experience; as of this writing, the video has received an astounding 1.4 million views.

Cha Hyun Seung

Cha Hyun-Seung (@502bright) is a season 1 contestant of Single's Inferno, a backup dancer for K-Pop, and a YouTuber. He has collaborated with several of the top K-pop acts, including Girl's Generation, EXO, Stray Kids, and many more. Working closely with these celebrities has allowed Cha to use his incredible dance skills to enhance their performances, whether they are in a music video or a concert setting.

Elaine Yuki Wong

One of the 100 participants in Netflix's Physical 100 is reality TV sensation and actress Elaine Yuki Wong. She is a Singaporean actress. Elaine is currently in her forties, according to a 2012 Yahoo News article. Elaine's skills go beyond acting and include blogging, modeling, and singing. She once had plans to join the K-pop group Girl's Generation, but she changed her mind and withdrew. She went by the name Yuki.

Lee Dae Won

South Korean taekwondo competitor Lee Dae Won. He took home two Olympic medals: a bronze one in 2016 and a silver one in 2012. He has first-level global rankings in the under 68 kg weight division. From the age of five, Lee trained in martial arts at his father's taekwondo facility.

Jang Eun-sil

Female wrestler Jang Eun-sil has been competing for 7 years. Her interests are ssireum and CrossFit. She claims that for 20 years she did nothing but exercise, and she joined the show to demonstrate her physical prowess. The wrestler's Instagram handle is (@sillllling).

Kang Han

Kang Han, a bobsledder, is a national competitor. He was a pacemaker at the 7979 Seoul Urban Running Crew (SURC), and he is presently a cast member of the Physical 100 Netflix series. The 25-year-old, who was born in January 1998, started at Dong-Eui University but later went to Korea Sports University to complete a physical education bachelor's degree.

Choi Hyun Mi

Agent H

He also appeared as a guest in the 2021 episode of Do You Lightsum. At E-headquarters Land in Seoul on June 2, 2021, the YouTuber and the company gave 100 people of national merit a total of 182 million won.

Song A-reum and Kim Kang-min

The first pair to join Physical 100 was Song A-rum and Kim Kang-min. Both of them are bodybuilders, and the couple also shares a daughter. Song A-reum has a handle (@ssong rme) on Instagram.

Yang Hak-Seon

Gymnast Yang Hak-Seon of South Korea won the gold medal in the vault event at the Olympics. At 5 feet 3 inches tall, the 30-year-old was the first gymnast from South Korea to win an Olympic gold medal (159cm). He won a gold medal in gymnastics during the men's vault competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Hak-Seon, a Seoul native, began competing in gymnastics at the age of nine, following in the footsteps of his older brother Yang Hak-jin.
