Will Poulter is dating his girlfriend, Yasmeen Scott, albeit the exact time they got in a relationship is still up in the air. Back in June 2019, the two were seen holding hands in a rare public outing. The couple was attending a Wimbledon match in London.

One of the other rare public appearances of the couple was when they attended the European Premiere of The Little Stranger featuring Will in 2018. Moreover, they went together to the event at Milan Fall 2019 Menswear.

Meanwhile, it remains to be seen when this wonderful duo takes their relationship to the next level. It's quite possibly only a matter of time before they decide to get married and embrace each other as husband and wife.

During an interview with the Independent back in February 2016, the actor gushed about his family and their health care profession. Will's father is a cardiology professor while his mother is a nurse; as is his sister.

Will said,

They all do far more important jobs than me and get a lot less attention and reward for it. Not that I could follow in their footsteps even if I wanted to – I didn't exactly have a host of amazing science grades. I had nothing else going for me at school. I lived for my one lesson of drama a week.

The Black Mirror star who claims his fans recognize him more for his eyebrows than his work is no doubt as good a man as he is an actor.

The actor's rise to fame

Will studied drama at The Harrodian School. The actor's drama teacher Laura Lawson encouraged him to give auditions for Son of Rambo (2007) by knocking on the class window during his English class and mouthing "auditions." He later landed the role of Lee Carter in the film. Laura also played a big role in ensuring Will gets the part in School of Comedy (2009).

Poulter made his major breakthrough after he appeared as Eustace Clarence Scrubb in the third film of the Narnia franchise titled Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (2010). The movie was filmed in Queensland, Australia. His entire family traveled, but only his mother and younger sister could stay for the entire filming of six months.

Will's father had to leave Queensland for work commitments while his two older siblings could only stay for two weeks before returning to England. Although it was hard for the young actor to be away from his family for half a year, he stated they kept in touch through phone calls and emails.

In 2011, Poulter played the role of Dean in the British comedy-drama Wild Bill. This was followed by comedy film We're the Millers (2013), where he played his first American character, Kenny Rossmore. His other notable roles in the big screens include The Maze Runner (2014), The Revenant (2015), and Midsommar (2019).

The actor was initially cast as Pennywise the Clown in It (2017). However, it was later announced Poulter dropped out due to scheduling conflicts as well as the departure of the director Cary Fukunaga. It was confirmed on June 2016 Bill Skarsgard landed the role.
