In 2014, he began dating actress Minnie West, with whom he later split in 2019. A year later, Alejandro Speitzer started dating Ester Exposito in 2020. Exposito and Speitzer met on the set of Netflix's miniseries Someone Has to Die. In October of 2019, Alejandro shared a photo with the cast of Someone Has to Die, but it wasn't until the spring of 2020 that the two began to hint that they were dating.
