She had earlier told Saga about a dark period in her life when she was severely unwell, sitting in the dark, crying, wanting to die, and unable to stop eating. She was in a scary place for a while. Fortunately, in an extraordinary stroke of luck, the 61-year-old was accepted by a private facility for free, and she has been able to keep her disease under control, and is in good health.
