Her Trainer informed her that as long as she wasn't just beginning out when she discovered she was pregnant, she could keep performing the workout she was doing. She wishes she had continued boxing throughout her second pregnancy [with daughter Florence, three], but there didn't appear to be enough hours in the day with a job and one child.

She also claimed that she doesn't seem my age since she has dark skin and her aging process is slower than that of Caucasians, but a black skin specialist warned her that, while her skin may not appear to be aging on the outside, it is aging on the inside. Charlene White appeared to exercise frequently, so he understands how to care for her body and keep her fit and healthy. She is presently in fantastic health as a result of weight loss.
