I'm healthier than I've ever been. I'm exercising every day. I'm spending so much time at home making the record. Yeah, I feel like a human being. It's good.

Apart from choosing a healthy lifestyle, the Sing singer admitted that he is rarely satisfied with his appearance but would not want to undergo surgery since it is a slippery slope in an interview with Fabulous magazine for the publication's upcoming new edition, which he also appears on the cover of. Sheeran shares,

I'm never happy with the way I look. Someone asked me the other day whether I'd get plastic surgery and the reason I wouldn't is because I'd try and change everything.

Sheeran stated to Q magazine in April that he doesn't depend on his appearance to sell records, Ed says,

I don't think I've ever sold records based on my looks, which is positive, cos it means that even if I do become a fat slob when I'm older, it won't matter.

From being called 'little ugly' to all sorts of demeaning things, many fans were sure that Ed Sheeran chose or will soon be willing to undergo plastic surgery.
