One of the best comedians, Gabriel, struggled with his body fat until he decided to alter his way of life to be in shape. Looking at his then and now pictures, he has shed incredibly.

We shouldn’t ever take anyone’s word for it when they say they can lose body fat in 30 or even 90 days. Since they are already trimmed, they are unaware of the time and work required to make an overweight person fit.
