Meagan Tandy is an American actress and model who was born on 3rd May 1985 in Fremont, California. She graduated from Etiwanda High School and went to Chaffey College.

Tandy was raised alongside her sister in Fontana, California. The actress went on to become an online correspondent for E!. Interestingly, she was a stand-in for the Bachelorette wedding between Trista and Ryan Sutter.

Meagan Tandy is playing the role of Sophie Moore in the CW series based on the DC Comics, Batwoman. Sophie is a military graduate who rose through the ranks to become a high-level private security agent. She serves as one of Gotham’s staunchest protectors.

Despite her bite and army persona, Moore carries a softer version of herself embellished by Kate Kane’s return.

Batwoman is an American superhero series set in the Arrowverse, sharing continuity with other TV series belonging in the same universe. Meagan Tandy played the role of Sasha in the 2019 movie The Trap. She stars alongside T.I., Mike Epps, and Loretta Devine.

The film tells the story of a man who returns home to Atlanta. He seeks to eliminate the struggles of his family in running the restaurant business with the help of a new chicken recipe.

Tandy won the Miss California title on 15th October 2006 becoming the first student from Chaffey College to win the award. The state pageant was held in San Rafael, California. This was Meagan’s second attempt to win the contest as she finished fourth a year earlier.

The model was also honored with the Best Swimsuit Award in Miss California USA pageant 2007. The same year, she competed for Miss USA 2007 held in Los Angeles, California, where she finished 3rd runner up.

Meanwhile, Tandy is currently a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Impressively, she’s filmed several national commercials during her stint.

Living in Los Angeles, Meagan Tandy appears engrossed towards flourishing her career as an actress. Speaking of which, in her early years she enjoyed a cameo with Shenae Grimes on teen drama series 90210 (2009). She then played the role of Maya Barnes in the 2010 film Unstoppable.

Moving forward, Meagan featured in ABC drama Jane By Design (2012) playing the character of Lulu Pope. The same year, Tandy played the role of Ashley Sorby, who ends up with a hideous death in the horror film Piranha 3DD (2012).

Looking at her overall career so far, the actress’s significant role arrived in MTV’s supernatural drama series Teen Wolf in June 2013. She played the recurring fan-favorite character of Braeden for three seasons (2013-2016).

Meagan then portrayed Nurse Jackson’s niece, Sabrina on teen medical comedy-drama Red Band Society in 2014. A year later, she enjoyed a recurring role in the second season of Starz sitcom Survivor’s Remorse (2015-2017).

In 2016, the actress played the character of Chantal for ten episodes in the much appreciated Lifetime’s comedy-drama series UnREAL.
