The singer who previously appeared on ITV‘s I’m A Celebrity, is transitioning from punk to pushing bikes. With his approval, the US company Ionic has launched a new hardtail mountain bike. At the time, the Insider told the Sun newspaper:
This time they wanted to see if Johnny would put his name to it professionally, and he said yes. Johnny’s version of his bike is orange and features a drawing he did of himself performing and is signed by him.

The Anarchy in the UK singer even included a cartoon of himself in the £1,800 frame. The Public Image Ltd made the unexpected move after losing his wife Nora to Alzheimer’s earlier this year. Later, Johnny told The Sunday Times,
It’s shaped me into what I am. I don’t think I’ll ever get over it. I don’t see how I can live without her. I wouldn’t want to. There’s no point. And, I’m sorry, but it’s worth every moment. No joy comes without pain and, boy, do I know that now.
Later, during his appearance on ITV‘s Good Morning Britain, Johnny Rotten stated, “Oddly enough, as bad as Alzheimer’s is, there are great moments of tenderness between us. […] It’s not all waiting for the Grim Reaper.” Discussing caring for her, he added: “She requires 24/7 attention and I’m more than willing to give her that because the life she’s given me, up til now, has been amazing”.
