Morgana Robinson started a weight loss program in 2017. She began by making little dietary and lifestyle adjustments before gradually beginning to shed pounds. When Robinson was 28 years old and weighed 18 stone, her weight loss adventure started that year. She was aware that she needed to change, so she began by removing processed foods and sugar from her diet. During a year, these improvements assisted her in losing 4 stones (56 pounds).

I had exhausted all other options, but nothing worked. I was trying to eat less and do a lot of cardio, but I was just so unhappy. There must be a better way, I thought, and then I discovered the keto diet.

A high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet known as the keto diet has gained popularity in recent years. Morgana Robinson admitted that she was first hesitant to give it a try because she believed it would be overly restrictive, but she soon discovered that it was pretty simple to adhere to. She claimed that after eliminating sugar from her diet, she felt better, and said;

I felt better overall, and I had so much more energy, she remarked. My hair and skin both looked healthier. It was incredible.
