Fifi Box’s Weight Loss: The Radio Personality Underwent 15 Kilograms of Weight Loss After Having Her First Child!
Fifi Box (@fifi_box), a former yo-yo dieter and sugar addict, has put her bad eating habits behind her and lost 15 kg since the birth of her first child in April 2013. The Fox FM host claims she has never felt better after participating in a strict weight loss program. The 164cm tall radio host weighed 75kg in July, three months after the birth of her daughter Trixie.
According to Fifi, Trixie’s delivery served as a wake-up call, and she realized she needed to change her lifestyle to set a good example for her daughter. Fifi chose the New Atkins nutritional program to lose weight instead of undergoing any type of surgery, and she is now their spokesperson where participants are prompted to consume a diet high in protein and low in refined carbohydrates. Later, in an interview with The Morning Show, Fifi went on to say “It’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle shift.” Fifi believes that since appearing on the show, her life has changed.
Fifi Box no longer orders takeout and instead cooks all of her meals from scratch. She even claims she hasn’t suffered from any illness since her daughter was born and that she is full of energy and has glowing skin. The attractive woman confessed to bingeing on egg and bacon rolls and Caramello Koalas, telling the morning show hosts she wouldn’t be able to go home and take care of her kids in the middle of the afternoon if she kept eating like that.
The radio host also claims that her diet is primarily responsible for her weight loss, but she has also increased her exercise regimen, ensuring that she works out 3-4 times per week, even if all you do is run around the block for 20 minutes. Despite her busy schedule, Fifi acknowledges that it can be challenging to fit exercise in. She claims to wake up at 4 in the morning. It appears her transformation has never been easy.
A Look at Fifi Box and Grant Kenny’s Relationship!
Fifi Box‘s most important relationship to date is with Grant Kenny, and while the two did not stay together, they have remained an important part of each other’s lives. It was reported that the two met in 2011 at a party in Hawaii, but rumors were spreading that they had been connected three years prior when they were photographed eating together in Mooloolaba by The Sunshine Coast Daily in 2009.
Fifi became pregnant with her first child in 2012, but she had been separated from Grant for some time before giving birth. Fifi famously kept Trixie‘s father’s identity hidden for years, but it was one of the worst-kept secrets in Australian media. However, it wasn’t until 2016 that Fifi felt comfortable revealing Grant Kenny is Trixie’s biological father. She decided to make the announcement on Instagram by posting a photo of herself holding Trixie while playing peek-a-boo with Kenny.
As the secret rumors and whispers were finally out in the open, the post took over the Australian media’s news cycle. Fifi and Grant get along well because they co-parent Trixie and are both involved in her life. Grant told Woman’s Day in 2014 that he was very happy to be a father for the second time.
