The 65-year-old actress seems to have been successful to maintain her youthful appearance. While she attributes it to a healthy diet, many people claimed it is due to something else. As a result, they believe that the famous actress has undergone numerous surgical procedures in order to improve her young appearance.

The most prominent claim is that she had a nose job that changed the appearance of her nose. Meanwhile, the nose was thought to have a broader bridge and nasal tip in the 1990s. However, she has yet not disclose any additional information regarding the exact treatments she had undergone.

But Fran Drescher previously did have undergone a hysterectomy, a non-cosmetic procedure, after she was diagnosed with a stage 1, grade 2 malignant tumor on her uterine endometrium. She had a hysterectomy shortly after, which meant she would no longer be able to conceive children.

As the younger daughter of bridal consultant Sylvia and naval systems analyst Morty Drescher, Fran Drescher was born on September 30, 1957, in Queens, New York City. Her family is Jewish and originates in Southeast and Central Europe. In contrast to her father's family, who originated in Poland, Yetta, her maternal great-grandmother, was born in Focşani, Romania, and immigrated to the United States. Furthermore, she has one sibling who is older than her.

She attended Parsons Junior High School in Flushing, which eventually closed, and then Hillcrest High School in Jamaica, Queens where she met her ex-husband, Peter Marc Jacobson (@officialpetermarcjacobson) in 1978, when she was 21 years old. However, their relationship couldn't last for long and got divorced in 1999.

In  1975, Drescher graduated from Hillcrest High School where comedian Ray Romano was one of her classmates there. And in an episode of The Nanny, her character Fran Fine and Romano's character Ray Barone from Everybody Loves Raymond met during a 20th high school reunion. She later enrolled at Queens College, City University of New York with her then-husband, Jacobson, but dropped out after their first year because all of the acting classes were enclosed. She then went to cosmetology school.
