Gethin Clifford Jones, born on February 12, 1978, is a Welsh television presenter. While at Manchester Metropolitan University, Gethin Jones was an active rugby union player, and after graduation, he began his television career on the Welsh language channel S4C as a presenter of children's programs such as Popty, Mas Draw, and the flagship children's entertainment show Uned 5.
Likewise, Jones previously worked as a bank clerk, a telephone hotline officer, and a research assistant, as well as three months as a builder laying house foundations. Later, Jones was hired as the 31st host of the BBC children's program Blue Peter.
In 2020, he began presenting the BBC1 five-morning-a-week magazine show Morning Live, which is broadcast from Manchester studios. Following a trial run that will end in December 2020, the program has been commissioned as an all-year-round part of the BBC1 schedule.

Gethin Jones (@gethincjones) does not seem to have a girlfriend or a wife and is believed to be single right now. He told The Mirror that he might marry by the end of 2022, but it seems he didn't find a bride. Despite the encouragement of a friend, he prefers to avoid dating apps. While Gethin does not have a partner right now, he has had some high-profile relationships over the years.
After meeting two years earlier in 2005, the 45-year-old became involved with Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins in 2007. When they first started dating, Kathrine's spokesperson released a statement saying: "They're old friends and they've been on several dates. But people shouldn't consider buying hats just yet."
However, the couple announced their engagement in February 2011, nearly three years later. Unfortunately, ten months later, in December, the couple announced that they would be splitting up. Later, Katherine stated in a documentary program about Gethin breaking off the engagement in 2014:
