Later, his spouse-at-the-time filed for divorce and left after discovering that he had been having an affair with the girl for six months. Additionally, she met a man and fell deeply in love with him after her divorce from Ignacio. She then agreed to go with him on a month-long vacation in Italy after he encouraged her to do so, but he insisted on spending the final hours of the trip by himself.

Ignacio Serricchio, who was born in Lans, Argentina, debuted his acting career as troubled adolescent Diego Alcazar on the ABC daytime drama General Hospital in October 2004. However, he quit the soap in November 2006. And on February 22, 2008, he returned as Diego until his character was killed off on March 5, 2008.
Later, he starred as a streetwise Mormon missionary in the critically praised film States of Grace in 2005 and played the character Gabriel Lawrence in six episodes of Ghost Whisperer in 2007. Later, he appeared as police investigator Alex Chavez on the CBS daytime drama The Young and the Restless from December 2012 until January 2014.
Similarly, Ignacio Serricchio appeared as medic Tommy Cole during the second and final season of the Lifetime drama series Witches of East End in 2014. Later, he was cast as Miguel in the BET sitcom Zoe Ever After, starring Brandy Norwood, in the summer of 2015. Likely, he went to play Dr. Rodolfo Fuentes from seasons 9 to 12 in On Bones. And at the beginning of 2018, he starred as Don West in the Netflix version of the 1965 TV series Lost in Space and as Danny Diaz in Firely Fire from 2021 to the present.
