There’s Someone Inside Your House is a horror movie from Netflix based on the book of the same name by author Stephanie Perkins. The book was released in 2017 and optioned for a movie soon after with Shawn Levy and James Wan coming in as producers with Netflix. Set in Nebraska but filmed in Vancouver, Canada, the movie is right in time for the Halloween season.
The story is set in the town of Osborne, Nebraska. A small town with a high school and close knit community. As the school year starts to wind down and kids are getting ready for homecoming, a serial killer is set on the loose. The killer murders someone and proceeds to share their deepest darkest secrets with everyone. To prevent themselves from being the killer’s next victim, a band of outcasts form a group to stop the killer.
