While he may not be associated with the stock market's virtual mob created on Reddit called WallStreetBets, he is however the founder of the page, a writer, and also a married man, sharing two beautiful kids with his wife.
The creator of the Reddit page WallStreetBets, Jaime Rogozinski, was born in October 1981. He is 39 years old and lives in Mexico City with his wife while working as a consultant. While he is famous now, about a decade ago Jaime was a decent wage-earning IT consultant who was looking to make some money play in Wall Street.
Wall Street was for a long time a closed circle where you needed to be invited to play. But with the explosion in commission-free trading in recent years, people of WallStreetBets are going after hedge funds shorting stocks. Now, people want to know about the man behind it all. The writer of WallStreetBets: How Boomers made the world's biggest casino for Millennials, started the online community WallStreetBets in 2012. He was not married at the time, a single man working as a consultant and then he founded the Reddit group.
But over the past years, there have been many changes in his life. Jaime got married, his online community went from a few hundred members to over two million and counting, and he got kicked from the community he created. While you may latch onto the latter part, Jaime has no regrets.

While he was catching the ire of big Wall Street firms, Jaime got married to his wife Alejandra Uribe. Alejandra or Ale, as she is known among friends and family, is a physician from Mexico. The couple got married in November 2016 surrounded by their loved ones.
A year later the couple welcomed twins into their lives. Their sons Julian and Leonardo were born in October of 2017. Leading up to the delivery, Ale shared pictures of baby showers and family coming to join in the lovely occasion.

For the past three years, the couple has lived in Mexico City where they raise their twins. Recently the couple celebrated their kids' third birthday and their fourth anniversary. While Jaime was muted on social media, his wife Ale took to Facebook to share it all.
Ale also shared pictures of the family wearing Mexico's national team jersey during the 2018 FIFA World Cup which took place in Russia. While Mexico did not go far in the competition, the family looked cute in matching uniforms.
In 2021 Jaime is still working as a consultant while his wife is carrying on her job as a physician during the COVID pandemic. The family lives happily in Mexico City, and these tradings happening on Wall Street is causing a lot of attention to turn towards Jaime and people in his immediate vicinity.
Jaime Rogozinski was Kicked Off the Community He Created
WallStreetBets was Jaime Rogozinski's baby. He was the one who created the page on Reddit but it grew into something that was beyond anyone's control. Jaime also detailed a vitriolic corner forming within the subreddit which he ignored at first but could not do it forever.
In an interview with WSJ, Jaime said he found a racist group outside of Reddit semi associated with the community. The chat room on Discord had racist-talk and white supremacists who were talking all kinds of hateful words. Being a Jewish man he could not stand the type of things said in the group, which made him ban some people and delete the discord group.

The banning and Jaime's constant promotion of his book caused other moderators of the page to band together and kick Jaime off the community he created. While Jaime Rogozinski created the subreddit, there is no association between the page and him ever since April 2020 when he was removed.
