Phoebe Dynevor met recruitment executive Simon Merrill around 2013. There were reports that the couple was dating and later Phoebe revealed during an interview that she went to Asia for a vacation with her boyfriend. The outlet, she gave the interview to, identified the man as Simon Merrill.
There are no pictures of Phoebe and her then-boyfriend together but we have confirmation that they dated for a little over a year. The trip Phoebe and her boyfriend went on, was to Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. Simon Merrill is half-Thai and the duo went to his ancestral home during the vacation.

After Phoebe broke up with Simon Merrill, she met actor Sean Teale. Sean is known for his role in the FOX series Gifted. The first picture of Sean and the Phoebe was posted on Sean's Instagram on 3 April 2017. The couple was in Fort Worth, Texas and over the few summer months multiple pictures of the couple cropped up. While Phoebe shared a picture of the couple traveling to Bali.
