Naomi Biden is the eldest granddaughter of Joe Biden. She is the eldest daughter of Hunter Biden and his first wife Kathleen Buhle. Peter Neal is currently a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro, US Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, currently in his second year of law studies. Hailing from Wyoming, Peter interned at the Barack Obama White House and was later involved with the campaign to elect Hillary Clinton to the White House.
Peter Neal was an intern at the White House in 2015, later he moved to Hillary for President campaign where he helped in the Finance department. While the endeavor to elect Clinton for President failed, Neal moved on to finish his education and in 2019 enrolled to get a law degree.
While Peter Neal is working towards getting his law degree, Naomi became a lawyer in 2020. She graduated from Colombia Law School in a virtual graduation ceremony where her grandfather Joe spoke to students. Naomi also got her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Arts & Sciences in 2016.

Naomi and her boyfriend Peter met for the first time in 2018. The couple shared pictures from the same day on their respective Instagram accounts, less than 10 days apart. While she mentioned everything went from zero to a hundred in quick fashion, he on the other hand showed the picture to his mother, according to the caption.
Around July of 2018 Naomi and her boyfriend, Peter started dating. Since then there are no shortages of loved up pictures on their respective social media pages. Him expressing how lucky he is to have found her and her proclaiming Neal to be all hers.

As the world grappled with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic Naomi and her boyfriend decided to quarantine together. They were holed up in their home studying through online classes when CARES Act was passed which was a massive relief bill for unemployed people and small businesses.
Peter's family owns a small business in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and his parents were struggling to make payroll. Naomi and Peter realized there was this massive relief bill and his parents did not know if they qualified. They also came to the conclusion that millions of people had no idea what was in the 335 page document.
So, they poured over the whole bill and started making notes. That turned into a quiz was comprehensive and easy to understand. They put all the information up on a website along with a set calculator so people can find out how much money they are in line to get.

The website was a success as more than 10,000 people used the calculator in a few weeks. While there is no way to get a 335 page document into a concise website, Naomi and her boyfriend managed to created an easier way for people to navigate the bill.
