Sandwiching Valentine's Day, the couple shared pictures on 13th and 15th of February writing dreamy captions. The modern retelling of the end of days for Norse gods as well as Earth was a success in the west with both critics and audiences giving the show glowing reviews. The official synopsis released by Netflix read, "In a Norwegian town poisoned by pollution and rattled by melting glaciers, the End Times feel all too real. It’ll take a legend to battle an old evil." Magne, a teenager, is reincarnated as Thor who is tasked with stopping the age old giants and their quest to poison the town, possibly the whole world.
Theresa Frostad Eggesbø plays Saxa in Ragnarok. According to Norse mythology Saxa is supposed to be the love interest of Thor but in the Netflix show the situation is a little different. The first season finds Saxa and her "family" as the age old giants trying to destroy the small town.
