Gabrielle Quinn is making her on-screen debut with the role of Valerie in the Netflix comedy series The Healing Powers of Dude (2020). She was born in Manila, Philippines in 2006, and currently lives in Abbotsford, Canada. The actress previously resided in Singapore.
From a young age, Quinn began plying her trade in the local children’s theatre prior to making a transition to on-screen acting in 2019.

The Netflix original sitcom The Healing Powers of Dude follows an 11-year-old boy named Noah Ferris (Jace Chapman) with a social anxiety disorder. His parents get him an emotional support dog named Dude, voiced by Steve Zahn.
Noah gathers the courage to attend middle school after years of homeschooling and looks to make new friends. Amidst his school adventure, Ferris stumbles upon Amara (Sophie Jaewon Kim), a smart, disabled girl in a wheelchair, and Simon (Mauricio Lara), an extroverted guy.

Created by Erica Spates and Sam Littenberg-Weisberg, the other notable cast of the Netflix series includes Larisa Oleynik as Karen Ferris, Noah’s mother, a lawyer, and Tom Everett Scott as Marvin Ferris, Noah’s father, an artist. In addition, Laurel Emory portrays the character of Embry Ferris, the younger sister of Noah.
Meanwhile, Gabrielle Quinn is a recurring cast member, who plays the role of Valerie, Noah’s crush. Valerie and Noah share similar music tastes.
